We are looking for an Associate Engineer – Technical Support (Document Control) to join our team. This role is ideal for engineering graduates who are detail-oriented and eager to build their careers in a structured, global work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify applicable documents based on customer requirements and specifications
• Attend document review meetings with the Project Administrator, Project Manager, and Document Controller
• Manage the document approval cycle and ensure timely delivery of final documentation to customers
• Respond to inquiries and requests received through the shared mailbox, including identifying items that require escalation
• Manage and record customer transactions using systems such as CRM, DocPro, and SharePoint
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Engineering degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
