Summary of Career

1. • 5 years’ experience in Import/Export, Logistics & Administration in Pakistan dealing with 20 to 25 monthly consignment while handling a team of 12 people.


2. • Core functions included ensuring day-to-day handling of deliveries, documentation, coordination, customer satisfaction, payment collection & dealing with problems/issues was taken care of.

Leadership Skill's

My matriculation and intermediate is from Army Public School Murree,only boarding army school in Country. I was selected as the House Captain and was given the charge of Khyber House which consisted of 50 students. During my Commanding year Khyber House became Champions of the year 2006-2007 for showing extra-ordinary skills both in curricular and extra curricular activities.

    • Supervision of all import related shipping documents including B/L, AWB, Commercial invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Exchange, Performa Invoice, Packing list.
    • Checking of NND’S making sure that data is accurate and up to the standards defined by the Import manual.
    • Assisting the Procurement department in order placement as per the approved Letter of Credit limits by Banks.
    • Assisting the Production Manager in timely release of pledged materials from the Banks.
    • Supervision of all the inbound, pledged, on way and ordered quantity making sure that there is no shortage or excess ordered placed.
    • Making sure that all Purchase Request are timely catered and Purchase orders have been prepaid and signed by the CEO and CFO within the defined period.
    • Preparation of Bank Financing documents against Import material.
    • Keeping record of pledged material in all Banks.
    • Making sure that all vendor bills are thoroughly checked and forward to accounts department for the release of the payment.
    • Tracking of material from exporter premises to the Pakistan port and from port to factory. Negotiation for the material movement from port to factory with transporters.
