Summary of Career

1. Preparing and Evaluation of Bill of Quantities for contracts, fit out and repairing works.


2. Maintain a Log register for the maintenance related issues including both contractual and one time jobs.


3. Scheduling PPM, Arranging Site Survey, materials and Creating Quotations, Contracts and work orders for all jobs in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


4. Preparing detailed scope of work, method of statement, risk assessment for all kind of jobs.


5. Planning, scheduling the work and coordinating with the client and technical team (in-house & subcontracting) to complete the work as per the schedule.


6. Monitoring the work progress and reporting to the Manager on timely basis. Documentation of all completed jobs with proposal, client's purchase order and job completion report for audit purpose.


7. Prepare Snag Survey report and Monthly maintenance report. Maintain complaint register for each client and prepare a report for a monthly meeting.


8. Prepare proposal (Technical and Commercial) and supporting documents such as mobilization plan, site specific chart for Tenders.


9. Arranging AMC proposals from the subcontractors for the maintenance of specialized systems (Generators, Elevators, Chillers, Cradle, Folding doors, Roller Shutter, Fire Fighting system) and arranging meetings for better understanding and negotiation of contract value.


10. Preparing Annual Maintenance Contracts for legal approval and renewing the contracts on timely manner. Preparing Project Execution Strategy prior to start of any contracts and ensure to follow the Standard Operating Procedures on execution.
