Manpower Management
? Develop and manage database of all Operating Staff / Labour and serve as a focal point of contact
for communications relating to resource management.
? Maintain and track company headcount and data analysis around workforce for execution team.
? Engage with key stakeholders across the BU to understand the long term strategic plan of the
business and translate this into a clear and realistic workforce plan and action.
? Prepare future manpower forecast (Trend analysis, workload analysis, workforce analysis).
? Analysis of current resourcing needs, mid and long term resourcing needs to meet organization
objectives.
? Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with Line Managers up to Junior

Administration and Employee Affairs
? Screening, proposing and co-ordinating with vendors for resources in case of short term
requirements, Issue SLA’s and local purchase orders.
? Regular visits to all operating sites to gather, update resource data bank and to ensure effective
lines of communication exists between HR Department and Operating sites.
? Allocate personnel between projects based on requests received from the site and prepare daily
manpower reports.
? Generate daily standby reports, daily hired personnel reports, and monthly employee spread
reports for all divisional employees.
? Co-ordinate with Camp Bosses for Staff and Labour Accommodation arrangements.
? Investigate employee concerns, work with management to resolve concerns and coach employee
performance.
? Follow up with Operating sites and resolve missing timesheet issues on weekly basis.
? Liaising with Finance department on payroll processing.
