  Monitor the implementation of approved Project Quality Plan and coordinate with all Project Team on all quality issues and ensure that the quality related site activities
   Review IFC drawing, specs, shop drawing with MEP drawings
   Prepare and Implement procedures(MS, ITP, checklists, IR, MIR), drawings, and technical submittals,
   Submission and assurance of stage wise inspection (IRs) from start to finish and follow up for approval
   Give direct guidance to the project engineer with regard to daily in-house inspection
   Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work Performed.
   Submission and raise inspection (MAR & MIR) for incoming material. Ensure proper storage of material
   Liaise with third party/ client inspection on witness of site inspection, and approval
   Governing the various sites as well as laboratory tests to maintain the strict Quality Control
   Raising & Report (NCR &CAR) to related material or workmanship, and monitor action until closeout
   Analyze non-conformances and preventive actions implemented at site
   Monitoring and reporting project metrics to the management
   Attend client quality meeting and discussed quality matters, follow up and solutions
   Coordinate with site team and provide guidance for implementations of site inspection and control
   Confirm and analyze that the installer’s / subcontractors quality control procedures are carried out
   Submitting Measuring score card and KPI’s. MBO
   Reporting to management and conduct internal quality meeting
   Maintain all quality records in a retrievable manner.
   Ensure that the daily site reports, weekly monthly report and test results are recorded and all technical documents relative to site quality control are up to date and submitted to client
   Ensuring latest and proper controlled documents and drawing, procedures are being used at site
   Ensure tool box talk conducted prior to start activity to avoid any rejection and proper workmanship.
   Conduct internal Audits to ensure continuous compliance with the contractual & ISO requirements
   Follow up and & preparation of final hand over documents(SNAG,DESNAG, PUNCHLIST) and submission of quality related documents
