Anticipating and recognizing hazards, identifying control for them and recommending protective actions
Utilize Administrative and Engineering control to reduce the potential of hazards on site
Carry out the site evaluation inspections to ensure that the contractors are working as per HSE Standards
Review the Method statements and risk assessments submitted by the contractors and sub-contractor
Ensure all activities under HSE Objectives, programs and plans are carried out in time effectively. Notify the QHSE /Safety Officer regarding any unsafe or potentially hazardous situations on site.
Frequent contacts with work associates in the Department up to Snr. Engineers level to exchange of information.
Check and report the performance on daily basis, weekly and Month
Maintaining records of all the inspections and surveys in order to report results and follow up on compliance and corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Ensure that the training and competency of the contractors are maintained through the projects.
