Summary of Career
1. Applying for Employment Visas as per management instructions completing all the requirements.
2. Establishes and maintains personnel, medical, and other confidential files and records according to established procedures. Responds to related requests for information.
3. Ensures the completion of all required new hire documentation and benefit related forms. Also assists with employee exit and separation information and forms.
4. Compiles data and prepares reports for the Manager with regard to new hires, terminations, and other human resources activities as required. May assist with special projects or other assignments as directed.
5. Creates, maintains and updates staff records on the HR data base and issue regular reports as required.
6. Handling staff attendance system and help in monthly payroll reports.
7. Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
8. Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering.
9. Assist in timely renewal of car registrations, trade licenses, industrial license etc.
10. Manages reception area and looks after visitors. Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary. Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed. Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests. Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.
