JOB ROLE

Key Accountabilities

• To assist with ensuring all staff are paid the correct amount, on time, and into their nominated bank account, C3Pay Card, or with arranging a cash alternative.
• To ensure that all staff receive an accurate salary sheet (electronic or hard-copy).
• To ensure the outstanding Cash on Delivery (COD) is kept to a minimum and champion its recovery.
• Build effective relationships with Riders.
• Educate Riders with the various processes for depositing cash.
• To liaise with the Fleet Manager with regards to inventory to be issued and returned.
• To assist with Financial Processes Training for Riders.

Experience:

JOB ROLE

Key Accountabilities
• To deputise for the Fleet Manager in his absence.
• To build effective relationships with Vendors and Riders.
• To assist the Fleet Manager with the timely payment of Traffic Fines, Salik, Vehicle Maintenance/Rental, Insurance, Food Permit Licences, Police Custody Charges and all other invoices associated with the management of the Fleet/Inventory.
• To release vehicles from Police Custody as directed by Senior Management.
• Handle the process with regard to Vehicle Impounding and provide the Fleet Manager with all information related to this.
• To assist the Fleet Manager with the allocation of all necessary equipment to Riders and maintain a 100% accurate record of transactions.
• To assist in the recovery of “Inactive Riders” inventory and equipment as directed by Senior Management and the Legal Team.
