6.  Handled all Sections like Painting, Bending, PVC Fabrication, Aluminum Shutter Fabrication, Aluminum Fly screen Fabrication.  Managed Manpower of 70 people in three Shifts by Assigning workloads and ensured Job Orders finished in time and with quality and standards followed.  Making Fabrication plans basing on the different types of windows and doors in the project.
