   Develop and maintain SOP, WI (Work instructions) and KPI (Key performance indicator) in coordination with quality department.
   Lead shop floor activities & team of operators Planning / Time management / Machine Loading / Hourly Monitoring Team Leader
   Good exposure in TPM, Kaizen, 7QC tools, 5S & continuous improvement techniques
   Wastes (Muda) searching and reporting with proposed preventive measures.
   Analyzing NCP (Non confirming products) reports to identify sources of defects and propose solutions to build quality at source and ensure defect free products to customers.
   Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources.
   Study &Analyzing daily achieved production reports, calculating the production & operator efficiencies.
   5’s implementation to ensure that a neat and well-organized environment is maintained across the factory.
   Preparation of MPS (Master Production Schedule), Daily schedule, monthly review and performance reports against set standards.
   Ensure production activities meet with and integrate organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, 5S, Kaizen, objectives, KPI and other good manufacturing practices.
   Monitor and evaluate various production processes against quality standards for improvement and consistency.
   Evaluate the performance of the floor staff on regular basis and identify the training needs.
   Initiate all activities related to BOM development for new parts and samples for newly developed products etc.
   Responsible to reduce rejection rate, rework volume and overtime cost
