I worked for 9 years in Canadian based group of companies, INTERPRO GROUP, as Group Finance Manager-ME. I was reporting to MD for Middle East and CFO based in Head Office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. When I joined INTERPRO in Nov 2009, It has only AED3m term loan and turnover was AED25m annually. And when I left the company in Aug 2018, its trade facility was AED65m and turnover was AED110m annually. The growth of the company in middle east was 340% in 9 years (38% annually). -Established finance department -Implement accounting system (Quickbooks), internal controls policies and procedures -ISO 9000 implementation -Implementation of Standard costing system and reduced production costs by 8% which amounts about AED4.5m annually -Implementation of Budgets and budgetory controls -arranged project term loan for new factory in DIC -worked as project manager for new factory and successfully completed in 2017 -Implementation of ERP SAP B1
