  Sealed Air Corporation is Major Supplier of Food Packaging materials and equipment and having global partnership with other Food Packaging companies.
  My duties were to maintain Safety standards and professional operations procedures.
  I was responsible for the Presale, Installations, commissioning & troubleshooting of the Equipment also I
  was Responsible for the line.
  Acceptance on factory floor including general maintenance and troubleshooting additionally trained
  cleaning staff for how clean the equipment hygienically without disturbing the
  Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical system.
  I had responsibility to attend Emergency breakdowns either on phone or by visiting the customer.
  Marinating the Equipment under preventative Maintenance contracts every 3 months doing complete
  checkup of the equipment and recommend some spares to change if necessary
  In 2013 when I joined the corporation I was assigned to Sealed Air's sister company "Diversey".
  I was responsible for the customers in beverage and food sectors.
  I was leading the team of 5 Technicians to deliver highly professional service to our customers.
  I was also responsible to Design and installation of Automated Conveyor lubrication systems (it was
  operated by Siemens step 7-300 PLC) we had installed few CIP (Cleaning in Place) mobile stations with
  different customers.
  We installed automated air disinfection system by using PLCs.
  We installed Disinfection gates to ensure micro cleaning on all passing vehicles.
  Installation of Automated chemical delivery systems by using PLCs.
  Installations of automated filler cleaning with different beverages customers.
