  • Assisting in designing, developing and executing construction projects.
  • Determine budget, schedule, manpower, material and equipment requirements to execute work.
  • Planning of erection and fabrication activities.

  • Inspection according to engineering drawings such as Piping isometrics, Layouts General
  arrangement, P & ID and Structural drawings.
  • Provide technical assistance to the field staff when needed.

  • Observing and maintaining health and safety guidelines all times.
  • Ensure optimal use of manpower, tools, equipment and machines.
  • Preparation and submission of documents and Daily Progress Report to Project Engineer on daily
  basis.
  • Inform the quality officials if the joint is ready for testing, schedule the testing time and allocate
  manpower to suitable position.
  • Ensure all spares and materials availability at warehouse based on approved documents and end
  user conformity.
  • Close follow up with contractors and end user for smoothed flow of documentation and
  mobilization.
  • Submit engineering drawings for any further required revisions or upgrades.
  • Ensure systematic material inspection before material cutting and alterations.
  • Check the dimensions, tolerances, fit up and alignment are in accordance with the approved
  drawings and standards.
  • After all the checking and inspection make the arrangements for dispatching the fabricated materials
  and spools.
  • Monitor the workers and ensure the good quality and safe work.
  • Prepare various work permits and check the validity of tools and equipment.
  • Material inspection, identification as per client specification and applicable codes and standards.
  • Monitor the work and verify with the isometric drawings and provide needful instructions to the
  fitter.
  • Check the validity of tools and ensure the work is being carried out within safety guidelines.
  • Arrange the fittings and pipes as per the drawing.
  • Conduct field inspections to identify defects at system and component level.
  • Ensure piping, mechanical fabrication, erection and inspection carried out in accordance with design
  drawings, specifications and procedures.
  • Ensure good housekeeping in work area.
  • Prepare daily manpower report and submit to the superiors.
  • Arrange the winch machine, crane and other lifting equipment according to the requirements
  without distracting other works.
  • Check the validity of safety belts and ensure the proper lifeline at the time of work at height.
  • Maintain logs of machine repair and maintenance.
  • Conduct job performance assessments and keep record of usage.
  • Keep inventory records and ordering parts as needed, ensure that parts for repairs and installation
  are kept on hand at all times.
  • Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance work and safety inspections as scheduled.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules, allocate work and participate in coordination of projects.
