We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our interior fit-out company. The candidate will be responsible for handling project approvals, technical drawings, quantity take-offs, and site coordination. The role requires strong experience in dealing with UAE authorities and managing documentation for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit drawings for approvals (DEWA, DDA, DCD, and other authorities)
• Handle project documentation and authority coordination
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations
• Develop and review AutoCAD drawings
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in UAE approvals (DEWA, DDA, DCD, etc.)
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation

• Strong communication and coordination skills
