1.  Intimating 4 years of experience in Health and Safety professional.

2.  Facilitate regular Safety & Health inspection, assessments and part of audit team on-site in accordance with established Company Safety & Health programs.

3.  Follow the safety requirement of the sites and immediately report hazardous work and non-conformances to the site lead for the follow up with the contractors and subcontractors.

4.  Coach and facilitate the site in execution of Company programs to comply with the site safety plan.

---

5.  Collect safety lessons learned and communicate with site lead.

---

6.  Monitor site/field activities guiding employees in order to control/eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions through company Safety Training Observation Program.

7.  Conduct Tool Box talk (TBT) daily, weekly & monthly at the site and submit report to the client on daily basis and also maintain a record for company manpower.

8.  Remain at the site until the day finish and monitor& take care of all of worker activities.

---

9.  Inspection of grinding, cutting, welding, portable, lifting and handling tools etc. prior to job.

---

10.  An active participant of bi-weekly walkthrough for identification and control of unsafe acts/conditions.

---
