3. • Planning the work at site& efficiently coordinate between contractors to meet the target dates • Supervise all MEP Subcontractors at Site & Ensure the proper quality of work being executed(PPM)

4. • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS System, Fire\Life Safety and other system • Follow up clearing the client/consultant comment & snags

5. • Prepare method statement for site activities & Discussed with site seniour engineer or project manager • Follow up with the supplier for material delivery at site in a timely manner

6. • Coordinating with all the other third party maintenance & installation on site • To Check Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hose Reel, Fire Alarm, Fire Pump, Breeching Inlet, Fire Hydrant& Dates Updated (PPM)

7. • Respond to Emergencies, Respond to Breakdowns • To Attend Civil Defence, Pro fire, EFRC Inspection

8. • Preparation of Job Card and Attendance reports of the manpower present on site

9. • To check all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing • To prepare Bill of Quantity(BOQ)
