I have served as a college Secretary for 2 academic years. For a second straight year, I was once again selected based on my performance in the previous year. As a Secretary, I had to conduct meetings, conversate, support decisions taken by the management, analyze them and give opinions, make some own decisions, create reports, organize events, coordinate different activities of the college, assist the Principle in managing conflicts and above all set an example as a Student.
