Successfully completed ChaseUp Shopping City Recruitment Project for new stores Inter City (Nazimabad Store & Gulshan Store) Out City (Multan Store & Faisalabad Store) Successfully design & implementation of Compensation & Benefit module (Time Management, Leave Management, Payroll Management, Employees separations, Employees Settlement, Bonus, Annual increment, Loan & Advance, Health & Life Insurance) via ERP. Independently handling the HR functions of one of the prime stores at Chase Up Shopping City as HRBP covering to an employee base of more than 300 employees. Considering my Knowledge on All HR related matters & good human relations practices at ChaseUp Shopping City, I was transferred and promoted from the position of HRBP to Assistant Manager HR - Head Office in November 2016.
