Prepare Machines Cost Build-up based on actual and estimated expense to secure the required GP.
Correspond with Caterpillar for Special Pricing (SPAR) for corporate customers and big sales deals.
Keep tracking for changes in Special Pricing request and inform product managers and product specialists for agreed support to make sure proper pricing is done prior to quote the price to the customer.
Coordinate with Caterpillar product support team regarding discounts and pricing issues. Examine the audit reports and documents prior to submit to the Caterpillar for units sold under Special Price programs.
Maintain different Marketing Discount Programs offered by Caterpillar as per dealer requirements and market conditions.
Submit claims to Caterpillar for the units sold under Marketing Discount Programs.
Follow up and maintain credit notes for submitted claims.
Responsible to maintain Indexes contain information for Special Price requests and Marketing Discount programs.
Handle the queries comes from branches about pricing, configuration & discount.
