• Prepare the weekly progress report and two-week look-ahead; present at the weekly site review.
• Record every variation, get it priced by the estimator and obtain client sign-off before execution.
• Track committed and spent cost against budget with accounts; flag overruns early.
• Support detailed design coordination to design freeze and run the drawing register with Designer on assigned jobs.
• Attend client meetings with PM; lead them on smaller projects once signed off.
• Run snag closure and assemble the handover pack.
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
• 5-6 years on UAE interior fit-out sites as site engineer, project engineer or assistant PM; has run at least three jobs under a senior PM.
