Summary of Career

1. Reporting to QA/QC Engineer and Prepare method statement, ITP & Checklist.

2. Prepare and Submit Engineer Project Quality Plan to Employer/Client for approval and Review the contractor project quality plan then forward it to Employer/Client for final approval.

3. Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement, quality control procedure and inspection & test plan.

4. Review and approval of Method statements, quality control procedures, ITPs, and check sheets for all civil infra-activities.

5. Monitor site work, dewatering, excavation and formation preparation, anti-termite, blinding, waterproofing and protection screed, rebar cutting/bending/installation.

6. Coordinating with other trade and discipline such as Water, MEP & Safety to avoid construction conflict of the on-going activities and Inspecting the delivered materials through MIR.

7. Review Inspection Test Plan & Checklist and To ensure that all the inspections and tests are carried out as indicated on the appropriate Inspection& Test Plan (ITP). Review the Method statement for different activities.

8. Follow up and taking necessary action for NCR’s, SOR’s. And Quality Finding issued from Consultant. To report any defective material or non-confirming activity to Project Resident Engineer.

9. Managing parts of construction projects, Overseeing building work, Undertaking survey, Setting out sites , Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

10. Supervising contracted staff, Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales , Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager, Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
