  Key Responsibilities:
  
  The responsibilities include.
  • Preparing the Bill of Quantities for Civil & Fit Out Works , Bar Bending Schedule.
  • Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
  • Variation Order and Price Escalation for the Civil Scoped activities.
  • Working on Civil proposals, Monthly Weekly and Daily Progress report.
  • Verification and checking Contractor and Sub Contractor Payment applications,
  • Verifiction Equipment on the site.
  • Checking of the all purchase requests and purchase order & Preparing of the purchase order as per drawing.
  • Developing strong relationships with clint and sub contractor,
  • Providing advice and Guidance to staff in the Prepation and Presntation of work Proposals reviews and updates, Negotiation with Client for Additional / Extra Work and work schedules.
  • Prepare monitoring report versus actual accomplishment, budget and claim.
  • Prepare disbursement report, and supervised preparation of claims and other QS work Item Break up Rate. Prepare the bid price breakdown and any prices/costs details
  • Review specifications and contracts to be considered in bid Proposal, prepare bid queries, evaluate proposal of subcontractors to be included in bid cost, attend pre-bidding and bidding events.
  • Provisional and Final Acceptance certificates liquidated damages claims.
  • Provides management with monthly updates on status of implementation progress of contracted scope from vendor.
  • Monthly forecasting, preparation of claims, Liability & Payments, Contract Review Reports,
  • Monthly Commercial Report, Preparing and analyzing quantities & costs for tender and contract documents,
  • Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
  • Making Damages Claims, VO’s for Fit Out works.
  • Collaborating with Engineers,Contractors and arichitects.
