Summary of Career
1. Directly reports to the General Manager, Operations Managerand Projects Manager.
2. Coordinates with Project Managers, Site Engineers &Store Keepers for the project material requirements.
3. Coordinates with Procurement Engineer for the Vendor Materials
4. Preparing documents and Sending Inquires to different supplier / Vendorsto obtain Quotations
5. Comparing Suppliers Cost, negotiating, traveling to the supplier’s location and examining their products and evaluating suppliers before making purchasing decisions and ensure that goods will be delivered on-time
6. Coordinating with Suppliers to Provide the materials Submittal and Samples for Vendor materials
7. Issuing Purchase Order (LPO) using Software (Quick Book) or Manual
8. Facilitates material delivery schedules and coordinating with Site Team for Delivery
9. Ensured that all purchase operations were performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
10. Coordinating with Suppliers for submitting invoice before the deadline
