Monitor and execute SOPs for Warehouse Operations

Ensure all SOPs are strictly adhered to in the Warehouse Operations.
Report observed errors in delivery (delays, returns, double orders, wrong orders, batch/expiry differences).
Conduct at least 2 pharma agency stock check/month; report results vis-à-vis expiries, lot details vs. qty. in system.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
Reduce the returned orders with relevant errors to 50% vs. 2016 reported figures by continuously conduction daily audit reports.
Ensure compliance to the corporate Policies, Procedures and SOPs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Accountant & Finance Manager to lead our finance operations within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic business decisions for both ongoing and new outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial management of all F&B outlets.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for business expansion.

Supervise accounts team and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT laws.

Control cost management, inventory audits, and cash flow operations.

Coordinate with management on profit improvement and cost efficiency strategies.

Handle bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and payroll verification.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and external financial institutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance within the F&B industry in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks (online), ERP).

Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple outlets and meet tight deadlines.
