1. Follow and Implemetation of Employer’s QHSES Management system.

2. Advise and Encourage all workforce to follow HSEMS to avoid unwanted events and safe work practices.

3. Prepare the Monthly HSE activity calender and follow as per the plan (Inspections, Spot Cheks etc.,).

4. Arrange and coordinating of Skill based training’s to the workforce.

---

5. Participating and Conducting various types of Meetings, Safety Standdowns, Awareness sessions, HSE Campaigns.

---

6. Project and Site Based HSE Inductins for new employees / Contractor / Visitors.

---

7. Preparing and Reporting of HSES Statistics (Weekly, Monthly) as per Company and Clients requiremnts.

---

8. Carry out work site inspection to ensure that occupational safety and health risk associated with work activities as well as risk posed by machinery, plant, equipment, substance are appliance are managed to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable.

9. Provide occupational safety and health related training, coaching and mentoring at work site throughout the division including contractors and Supervisors to enhance competency on occupational safety and health with a view to promoting safe work practices. Implementation of Work Permit System. (Hot, Cold and etc.)

10. Arranging and conducting Emergncy Evacuation / Fire / Medical Response Drills.  Maintain Weekly Checklist, Monthly Checklists, HSE Statistics, Daily Hazard Observations, Training Register, First Aid Register, Induction Register, Tool Box Talks Register Etc.
