1. Understand Company objectives, COPS to bring Excellence in HSES culture of site and then design strategies for implementing the requirements.

2. Conduct Risk Assessments, HAZOP studies for new projects and site activities, to carryout routine and non-routine jobs on-site and off-site.

3. Identify the resource requirement and allocate with the support of management to upgrade site HSES.

---

4. Develop and monitor site training, Emergency Mock Drill, Audit & inspection schedules in accordance with hazards involved in work activities, Syngenta COP requirements, Statutory and Organizational changes.

5. Develop schedule to Conduct Health camps, Health promotional programs, Workplace Hygiene Monitoring, and to conduct Inspection of critical equipment related to Occupational Health, Environment, Security and Safety.

6. Develop and maintain site PPE matrix, identify suitable and standard PPE with respect to the hazards.

---

7. Conduct Environment Impact Assessment and develop action plan to maintain compliance with Statutory and Syngenta COP requirements.

---

8. Develop and implement effective reporting tools (Digital and Manual) which are quick and user friendly to report HSE incidents.

---

9. Design and Implement Electrical Safety Projects in Syngenta Processing Sites and Home farms.

---

10. Develop effective communication tools in site, and build safety culture through, team building activities and Management trainings.
