XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and optimize our large-scale vehicle operations across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fleet utilization, cost control, vehicle compliance, maintenance planning, driver management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transport operations while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and optimize fleet operations on a large scale
✅ Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections
✅ Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and regulatory compliance
✅ Oversee driver performance, safety, and licensing requirements
✅ Track fleet costs, fuel consumption, and profitability reports
✅ Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
✅ Develop fleet budgets and control operational expenses
✅ Prepare fleet performance and efficiency reports
✅ Implement and maintain transport policies, procedures, and SOPs
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Fleet Management or Transport Operations
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and vehicle compliance requirements
✔ Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills
✔ Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
✔ Ability to manage budgets and operational costs effectively

Analyse performance trends and improvement areas
HR Projects & Change Management

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as HR Business Partner
Experience in multinational or international organisations
Degree in HR, Business, or related field
Professional certification (CIPD / AHRI preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR systems and analytics
Skills Required
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Coaching and leadership influence
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage HR change initiatives
Understanding of employee relations and HR compliance
Ability to work in multicultural environments
