To assist with the administration of all claims for extra payments and deductions including travel, subsistence, overtime and any other payment/deduction.
Maintain an appropriate salaries and wages record/filing system for audit purposes.
Coordinates and monitors with other departments in the disbursements of cash or cheque payment for salaries, wages.
Handles timesheets, data entry keeping records for 6000 + employees
Produce monthly pay slips and distribute.
Prepares salary and wage payrolls including deductions, accruals and the issuance and processing of timesheets.
Consults with employees to discuss, research, evaluate and resolve routine salary and wage problems such as improper deductions and accruals.
Keep a comprehensive filing of timesheets, bank transfers, bank clearance; leave history files of all employees, and final settlement documents.
