  1. Receives all the timesheets from concern departments.

  2. Data entry for all timesheets in Excel or ERP system.

  3. To assist with the administration of all claims for extra payments and deductions including travel, subsistence, overtime and any other payment/deduction.

  4. Maintain an appropriate salaries and wages record/filing system for audit purposes.

  5. Coordinates and monitors with other departments in the disbursements of cash or cheque payment for salaries, wages.

  6. Handles timesheets, data entry keeping records for 6000 + employees

  7. Produce monthly pay slips and distribute.

  8. Prepares salary and wage payrolls including deductions, accruals and the issuance and processing of timesheets.

  9. Consults with employees to discuss, research, evaluate and resolve routine salary and wage problems such as improper deductions and accruals.

  10. Keep a comprehensive filing of timesheets, bank transfers, bank clearance; leave history files of all employees, and final settlement documents.

Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist Admin is responsible for working with many different groups and departments to address their HR needs. The Human Resources Generalist Admin must be able to produce creative solutions to complex problems and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. This position is a Business Support role focused on providing HR support directly to employees and management within a specific location or region. The role directly reports to the local Human Resources Manager or Supervisor and routinely interacts with employees and managers in various functions.

Answers HR /policy and procedure related questions and assists with problem resolution for employees and managers. Evaluates human relations and work-related problems and develops solutions within the confines of policy and directives.
Provide support to management on local employee relations issues, including terminations, investigations, performance management, etc. by utilizing established policies and procedures.
May elevate issues when legal compliance may be at risk by monitoring applicable human resource territory and provincial requirements, conducting investigations, interpreting policies to managers and employees.
Works closely to understand business issues and opportunities and assist in developing strategic solutions. Support both office and field personnel. Remote support for project sites as well.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
Responsible for the processing of leaves of absences, interviewing candidates for open requisitions, conducting exit interviews, data entry into HRIS system, onboarding compliance of new hires.
May participate in employee relations investigations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, Diploma holders with 2–3 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
Basic computer skills with strong command of Microsoft Excel.
Arabic language skills are highly preferred to support regional communication.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in multicultural environments and collaborate effectively across diverse nationalities and work cultures.
Proven track record of maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
Confident, proactive, and able to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains all important documents hardcopy and/or electronic format as directed, ensuring that the information is easily accessible whether stored locally or archived;
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team in their reporting obligations and other functions;
• Control files, drawings and engineering documents and co-ordinate and manage all activities related to the Document Control section, which may include the control of other administrative documents;
• Maintain a reliable data entry system accommodated by tasks such as filing hardcopies, scanning, electronic management, filing and processing, archiving and document tracking, inputs the document data into the standard registers whilst ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date;
• Maintains controlled copies of the latest approved documents adding the appropriate reference and priority whilst ensuring their distribution, if required.

• Controls drawings, design records, standards, procedures, correspondence and minutes of meetings etc.;

• Maintaining an appropriate electronic database as backup to a traditional hardcopy archive system for easy storage and access to all internal and external correspondence and data;
• Providing data entry and word processing services as and when required;
• Assisting managers in producing various reports, tables and presentation material;
• Copies/scans and distributes the required documents, assisting as required;

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience post graduation with experience in major Villa / Mansion projects
• Must have worked in UAE main contracting company previously
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken;
• Proficient in Electronic Documentation Management Software systems - ACONEX is required, SharePoint, Documentum are added benefit
• Experienced user of MS Office;
• Capable of working with minimal supervision;
• In-depth knowledge of document procedures;
• Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
