  Objective: Turnaround of LNG Plant including maintenance of major refinery equipment and replacement of corroded piping and valves.
  
  Role: Lead Planning Engineer
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Reviewed the Project's High Level Constraints, Assumptions & Project Charter with team to reevaluate execution strategy and made changes in how Sub-Contractors will be managed
  - Developed Project Schedule, WBS, RBS and Performance Baselines after Resource Loading using Primavera P6
  - Estimated required Piping Material to procure, Manpower to complete Scope with in allotted time constraint of 40 days
  - Developed Construction Teams and allotted separate Supervisors to each team for better execution of the planned work & Managed Teams to achieve target dates.
  - Monitored Construction Activities.
  - Created Performance Reports by Earned Value Analysis showing Performance S-curves, 5 days
  Progress Trend & 4 days Look ahead spreadsheets and represented to clients
