  • Construction supervision on site.
  • Review all submittals including contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, suppliers, subcontractors and other technical queries submitted by contractors.
  • Responsible to communicate the company QA/QC policies and procedures to the contractors and site monitoring staff.
  • Attend meetings with the Client, PMC and the Contractors to monitor the progress of works and resolve outstanding issues on the Project.
  • Review the contractor's progress, monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, the contractor's manpower and equipment.
  • Coordination with architects, structural engineer and MEP engineers for any discrepancy and clearance.
  • Assist with the assessment, verification and approval of as-built drawings, O&M manuals of the works handover to the Employer.
  • Review reports submitted by the Contractors. Prepare monthly report to the Client.
  • Execution of works in accordance with the provisions and guidelines of the Company's Quality Management.
  • Attending QA/QC trainings and toolbox meetings. Management of inspections works.
  • Attend weekly quality meetings with the management, consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Review method statements, QCPs and ITPs submitted by the sub-contractors.
  • Liaison with Third Party Testing / Inspection Companies as and when required.
  • Check variances in construction and advice on corrective and preventive measures.
  • Raise NCR's for non-compliant works. Monitor the closeout and effectiveness of thecorrection undertaken.
  • Assist the QC Manager in undertaking periodic audits, including those of sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare Punch List and monitor the closing out of punch list before final handing over of works.
