• Coordinate overseas recruitment with Partner agencies
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles as per the client's requirements.
• Handle the documentation and visa processing requirements for overseas candidates in compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
Verify the documents are as per the UAE visa processing standard (Signed Offer, Medical Fitness Certificate, Passport, Picture, Certificates & Other)
• Maintain regular communication with Associate Partners throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Arrange interviews, job offers, employment contracts, and mobilization schedules.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Ensure timely mobilization of selected candidates to the UAE & verify that the tickets and names are correct.
• Maintain recruitment databases and ensure proper record-keeping of candidate information.
• Coordinate with the client, they pick up the candidates from the airport and deploy to the camp timely.
