  Ensure products custody transfer of finished products pumping to OMCs
  Export Naphtha and Imported Crude ASTM calculations

  Monitoring of all contractors activities through Contracts department implementations with safety, occupational health, quality and environmental requirement.
  Visit work sites where hot work permits, cold work permits, confined space permits, excavation permits, crane operation permit required ensuring implementation of HSE policies before issuing the permits
  Review all routine maintenance works required to carry out and coordination with counterpart in maintenance department on day to day basis and get the job done safely
  Gantry supervision of HSD, MOGAS, Furnace Oil & JP-8 tank lorries
  Lube base Oil Loading and unloading activities, local and export movement
  Decanting of Country crude/condensate and naphtha bowsers
  Preparation for IMS (HSEQ) compliance
  Maintaining stocks for the last 24 hours
  Coordinate with audit department for quarterly, half yearly and annual audit
  Commissioning/Decommissioning of fixed / floating roof tanks
  Asphalt bulk loading as well as drum shipment loading

  The terminal in Port Qasim is the leading independent storage terminal, to supply the growing domestic market. With this terminal, a significant contribution to improving Pakistan’s oil-related infrastructure has been made, and thus to strengthening the country’s energy security. This state-of-the-art terminal stores furnace oil, high-speed diesel and motor spirit.
  
  The terminal offers 21 truck-loading positions for local delivery and is also connected to the White Oil Pipeline, which transports clean oil products up country. The terminal has access to a third-party jetty which can handle oil tankers up to 65,000 dwt.
