Summary of Career

1. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas. To ensure the right talent should get selected for right position at right time to deliver desired business results. Make offer, fitment and do salary negotiation to selected candidates regarding compensation so as to bring in candidates at lowest possible CTC.


2. Sourcing of candidates from different channels like internal references, networking sites and job portals.


3. Conducting telephonic interview. Coordination & Follow up with candidate.


4. Employee On-boarding and Orientation. HR Induction. Familiarizing the person with the organization and its policies and rules like leave policy, attendance policy, etc. Preparing employee’s personal file and issuance of appointment letter. Completing all the procedures and on boarding the employee to the concerned department.


5. Initiating the confirmation process for employees and trainees. Follow up with the team managers on confirmation process and for their feedbacks.


6. To identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies. To coordinate with external/internal facilitators and institutions.To take the training feedback & evaluate the training effectiveness.


7. To keep track of Birthdays / Festivals / Marriages or any other occasions and send the greetings to communicate the sentiments for the same. Keeping Update all the employee about latest developments in different department. Sharing Motivational / Management thoughts from time to time. Ensure that top performers been recognized and rewarded.


8. To Provide HR generalist support to Formulate & Implement the HR Policies, Procedures & Strategy in line with the business objectives. To make regular review & to make required corrections in current HR Policy Manual, procedures & SOPs; to circulate & to communicate the same to all the concerned HOD’s & Employees.


9. Managing monthly salary processing, article stipend processing. Managing queries related to salary, stipend & statutory compliance. Perks and Benefits .Managing Consultant payments. Coordinating for Statutory Compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF.


10. Gathering information regarding reasons for attrition and alerting HODs in advance to ensure reduction in attrition rate. Preparing monthly exit report and circulate & discus with all departmental heads and functional managers. Guiding the employees in completion of the exit formalities and relieving process.
