1. Plan, organize, manage and control all activities of Financing portfolio and resources in order to ensure optimal results
2. Responsible for all credit marketing and administration of financing which primarily includes Government owned and SME entities.
3. Responsible for preparation of credit proposals for new and existing customers, one-time transaction and also for completion of all pre and post approval related formalities.
4. Follow up with customer to ensure timely recover of markup recovery, stock report and insurance policy submission
5. To review and check customer’s application of opening letter of credit request and process all completed document on each applicable stage

7. Process transactions relating to Import Bills for Collections , Import/Export Finance, Bond/Guarantee, Letters of Credit and any other activity assigned from time to time by the Manager Trade Service
8. To follow up overdue import/export bills and deal with customers to resolve problems relating to discrepancies
9. Monitoring and Reconciliation of all I Form / E Form data in Bank’s system and WeBO.. Assist Team Leader in trade relationship and associated tasks including trade operation, remittances execution and periodic reporting of trade reports and liaison with various internal departments Synchronization with relationship managers to maximize trade business ,loan book and commission earning
10. Coordination with internal stakeholders including Risk Management Group, Treasury Group and Corporate and Investment Banking Group etc. to ensure timely execution of transaction
