  Responsible for coming up with creative solutions to technical problems to maintain the Company's competitive
  edge on projects. Also in charge of liaising with other engineering disciplines on projects to ensure integrated
  solutions for projects meet objectives.
  Commissioning work from both in house personnel and external contractors.
  Participating in project engineering reviews, studies and site investigations.
  Having contractual and commercial input to the civil engineer aspects of projects.
  Ensuring that all design work that is produced on a project is of a sufficient quality to avoid any errors or
  rework.
  Working closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operations staff.
  Setting up project procedures and relevant quality forms.
  Preparing progress reports.
  To check and supervise the construction works.
  To check and verify the contractor's demand notices for materials.
  To plan the project activities.
  Making contractor's bills for Civil works.
  To check the materials.
  To prepare daily reports and reported them to Mr. Ihsan Elahi (honour).
  To estimate the materials required for construction works
  Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

  Advising clients and civil engineers on construction materials and their application, both in meetings and
  on construction sites.
  I was responsible for testing (Concrete and Soil) and ensuring the quality of raw materials.
  Planning and managing the laboratory and its staff.
  Resolving problems especially with unusual soil and aggregate samples, and special concrete mix designs;
  Attend contract planning and site meetings when special construction material related matters are
  discussed;
  Visit sites on a regular basis
