? H2S Removal by "MDEA Flow Process." The unit consists on followings equipment’s:
? Sour gas "Absorber" and regeneration system.
? Kettle type Re-boiler and amine transfer pumps.

GAS DEHYDRATION BY (TEG):
? Glycol Absorber and Regeneration system

HP&LP Flare System
? Concentrated acid gas produce during amine regeneration.

? In the heat medium system the heat transfer fluid is thermal oil(Sunoco Oil 21) the thermal oil is heated in direct fired heat boiler

Monitoring, controlling and supervision of unit through DCS .Safe plant operation (Normal Start-up and shutdown), Emergency handling. To control all parameters, efficient maintenance of plant through PTW system. Preparation of SOPs for normal operation, emergencies, turnaround. Preparation of shift reports. Ensuring on specification production. Daily Material Balance, Monthly Activities, Daily Lab result: Production 600 tons per day Double shaft vertical kiln equipped with DCS system is a huge project for Lime production. Its related equipment is P.D blowers, boiler, fuel oil system, gas fuel system, dustCollector filter, hydraulic system and also attached with oil handling system.Analyze oil samples & oil preheatingLubricate and cleanequipment.
