• To prepare the Piping Arrangement, Plot Plan, Section Views, ISO Metric from topography survey and site visits following Piping line class & Piping specifications.
• Preparing P&ID & ISO Metrics as well as preparing the material list as per define material class.

• To prepare the spool Drawings of piping Using Spoolgen according to client’s given spooling procedures and other specifications on IDF’s provided by client.
• To prepare the “AS BUILT PIPING ISOMETRICS” & “GENERAL ARRANGEEMENTS” (GA) as per site modification.

• Submitting Lifting Plan to client for approval along with highlighted used Crane load chart, working radius, Boom Length, mention tools and tackles in lifting plan like spreader bar, Lifting Beam, wire rope slings, webbing slings, Shackles with Third Party certificate as proof for ensuring every item which is used in lifting plan is according to the standard and factor.
• Calculating the crane utilization percentage according to load chart and equipment weight.
• Calculating the Equal & Proportional share load tension on wire rope using international wire rope tensions factors to avoid any accident at the time of Erection of equipment.
• Coordination with Commercial department through technical manager for renting or purchasing items and providing them complete details with standard factor and material specification of those items which will not to be found in house items (store) and necessary to borrow or purchase for lifting of heavy equipment.
• To prepare the Calculation of Tandem lifting on lifting plan mentioning weight on Main and tailing crane at different degrees for detail checking and ensuring the load releasing point of tailing crane is also giving safe utilization of crane percentage.
• To contemplate on the safety factors, actual drawing scale, presentation of plan, technicalities of plan, and all possibilities for the safe lifting operation while preparing Rigging studies (Lifting Plans).
