1. Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures
2. Review and update company OSH Management system according to the Standard (OSHAD-SF) requirements together with the responsibility of updating legal register as per the legal requirements etc.
3. Conduct HSE Trainings i.e; Scheduled trainings as per the training plan, Refresher HSE Trainings, HSE Induction Trainings etc.
4. Carry out Site QHSE Inspections along with the preparation and submission of HSE Reports to Client and maintain Records.
5. Carry out Incident investigations, Preparation & submission of HSE Incident Notification & Investigation Reports to Client and maintain records.
6. Ensure Compliance with company QHSE Policy by communicating the same to all Employees.
7. Ensure compliance with Company QHSE Targets and objectives by communicating the same to all employees.
8. Carrying out Internal QHSE Audits along with assistance during 3rd Party External QHSE Audits. Closing the Obesrvations and NCs raised by taking active steps, submission of reports to Client and maintain records.
9. Carrying out Environmental sustainability Campaigns for Internal employees and for Client staff along with the submission of campaign reports to the Client.
10. Develop & Implement LOW- MEDIUM & HIGH COST Water & Energy conservation Plan in all the facilities along with preparation of conservation Reports by making comparison with last year consumption. Submission of thorough conservation reports to Client and maintain record.
