The Shabbir Tiles and Ceramic Limited is a ceramic tiles manufacturing facility having a capacity to produce 3,00000 Sqm²/month of ceramic and porcelain tiles designed by Welko Italy, certified by ISO-9001.
Practical experience of the shutdown and maintenance activities and perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipments to save 130,000 PKR of replacement cost.
Through SAP requisition ensure the arrangement of necessary maintenance materials in time to reduce 30% MTBF factor and 70% of learning curve reduce the time of MTTR to run the plant on efficient mode.
Perform troubleshooting of control systems like Star Delta, PLC, DCS, Inverters, PID Controllers, Measuring instrument, Control valve and parameterization of drives (Omron and Siemens).
Hands on experience of Reverse Osmosis Plant by (Severn Trent) and rectify the electrical faults e.g. pressure and flow switches, sensors, replacing magnetic contactor and testing and replace three phase motors.
