  Responsibilities:
  
  Responsible to carryout projects management activities related to projects and plant modifications (predominantly, erection of piping, steel structure, equipment).
  Responsible for cost estimation, FEED & detail engineering preparation, making level I, II, III & IV plans, draft tender documents for detail engineering package. Attend pre-bid/post-bid meetings.
  Review of piping design documents (P&Id, Isometrics, GA’s, Tie-ins list, supports details)
  Accountable for delivery of project within agreed targets of project budget, schedule and objectives.
  Attend technical discussions with the project manager and contractors at site meetings & to provide technical support for construction activities.
  Review of piping basic/detail design documents.
  To prepare in-house designs for structural and piping modification.
  To prepare cost estimations for mechanical, civil, piping, structural and equipment based projects.
  Indenting/procurement/ inspection of material.
  Preparation of material procurement inquiries, techno-commercial evaluation of bids and ensure in timely delivery.
  Planning/ scheduling of major project works using primavera and ms-project.
  To prepare inspection plans for projects.
  Inspection of material as per agreed technical specifications through datasheets, MTCs and inspection regimes.
  Coordination with contractors for fabrication, construction and installation of piping, structure and mechanical equipments in accordance with detail design drawings.
  Responsible for implementation of HSE policies & procedures with project works by utilizing tools of risk assessments, PTW system and RCMS- Contractors safety management system.
  Preparation of work packages, bid documents, tender documents, method statements for construction/ inspection.
  Resolve and handled project related issues with plant process, mechanical, electrical and production people for safe & timely execution of modification.
  Punch lists killing and commissioning of projects and modifications in accordance with detail designs, company & international standards and with existing systems.
  Trained and guided mechanical supervisor & Trainee Engineer reporting to project section.
  Provided technical support to maintenance for carrying out various modifications at site.
  Responsible for pre-commissioning activity covering hydro/service/pneumatic tests, flushing, air blowing and final re-instatement.
