• Assisting administration with inventory management and quality management
• I introduced quality control (QC) and quality assurance(QA) measures in managing quality during inbound in March
2011 and achieved a cost reduction of 4.33%
• Able to lift up to 40 kilo load with strength and concentration on work
• Making sure the stockroom is clean and arranged in order every time and I manage to reduce dead (non-moving)
stock by 5.76%
• Shelf arrangement ,packing and sorting of fashion products in short space of time
• Within 5-10 minutes I could take care of direct orders from the customers and render to the sales team as
requested by customers in a bid to enhance customer satisfaction
• In charge of stockroom and all products in the stores and the level of sales.
• Keeping and recording all the inventory items on an up-to-date basis.
• In January 2011 implementation of first in first out (FIFO) policy on all fashion products as they were delivered
from the supplier for consumption
• Checking the storeroom for the additional stock or special ordering products that are highly demanded by
customers.
• Preparing goods received vouchers (GRV’s) and report to Stores Manager every time
• Achieved an increase in customer satisfaction through keeping stock at optimum level and sale monitoring
• Any other assignment delegated to me by the senior management
