Summary of Career

1. • Review of Project documents like IFC drawings, Specifications & B.O.Q before to start execution of works at site,Evaluation/Preparation of Vendor/Subcontractor prequalification documents of MEP activities for Consultant/Client approval.

2. • Preparation/Verifying/Checking the technical submittals in compliance with Project specifications. Assist and coordinate with Purchase department for the procurement of project related materials as per the specifications.

3. • Preparation of shop drawings in coordination with mechanical and other services, giving technical inputs and country local standards for making drawings, Development of Single line diagrams and Drawings, Electrical equipment’s selection, sizing and protections,Cables selection, Sizing and cable routing, Design of Earthing system.

4. • Quantity take off and material ordering based on approved material submittal and site requirements, Follow up with suppliers for material delivery,Follow up Material inspection and approval (MIR), confirms materials are in-line with the requirements.

5. • Site Execution and follow up, Ensure the construction activities comply with approved design and plans, Work inspections and approval, NCR and SOR closeouts.

6. • Highlight additional works and variations.

7. • Supervision and coordination of HV & LV installations. HV Panels, Transformers, LV Panels, Bus Bar Installation, MCC Panel installation works.

8. • Co-ordinating Low current sub contract drawings with client specifications. -Fire Alarm, Central Battery system, Structured cabling, Lighting control system, CCTV, Access control system, PAVA system, Smart Home system, SMATV system, Video Intercom system, AV system, Gate Barrier and car parking guidance system.

9. • Preparation of method of statements for Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical Equipment,Co-ordinate Testing and commissioning activities of Electrical Equipment.

10. • Addc, Etisalat, MCC, Aviation & Civil Defence drawings and inspection approvals, Verify & Submission of project closeout documents like O & M, As Built, and Warranty etc.
