2. ? Checking bar bending schedules (BBS) of reinforcing steel per IFC drawings well before fabrication & placing.

3. ? Familiar with “Project Parameters” – Time, Cost, Quality & HSE. Strong at “Progress” factor.

4. ? Observation of” Architectural” and” MEP” drawings and supervision of residential and office construction works executed at various construction sites.

5. ? Construction of Individual houses, Apartments, Commercial malls, Hospitals, Schools, Gated communities etc.

7. ? Making ready field inspections & Lab testing as per approved ITP.
