Summary of Career
1. Engaged in complete Procure to Pay (P2P) Procedure in timely delivery of materials and services through forward planning, knowledge of lead times, market conditions and by expediting materials as per agreed Incoterms.
2. Review of already signed client’s Contract Agreement and list down the contractual obligations like furnishing Shipment Pre-Alerts, payment & Liquidate Damage (LDs) terms, approval timelines, required legalized/attested shipping documents & copies (i.e CI, PL, COO, BL/AWB) & Certificates (MTRs/MTCs, COC, NDTC etc).
3. Assist team leader in purchase contract drafting and amendment.
4. Engaged with suppliers for the best price, delivery, quality and better payment terms.
5. Review/Draft terms of Procurement, prepare Local/Foreign Purchase Order (LPO/ FPO) and timely receipt of acknowledgements from factory and delivery of material.
6. Executing procurement of various building material and oil and gas equipment from local and international suppliers.
7. Extract out BOM from Agreed Contract/ITB and review of offers from different supplier.
8. Engaged in asking technical clarification with suppliers complying with the product specifications & discuss technical aspects with technical director and documenting the same before acquiring the product from local and Global Market.
9. Finalize Bill of Lading (B/L) and review negotiable bank documents as per L/C clauses.
10. Engaged in quality/standard requirement are met as per contract specifications and internationally recognized engineering codes and standards.
