1. Mechanical Maintenance of ROTARY and static equipment such asInvolve in operation and maintenance (O&M) in Mechanical equipment like wagon tippler, Truck tippler, Belt conveyor, Dribble conveyor, Crusher, Roller screen,Paddle feeder, Apron feeder, Plough feeder, Stacker/Reclaimer, Dust suppression, Dust extraction, Hydraulic desk, Flap gate, Dozer, Motor, Pump, Gearbox, Coupling etc. Involve in operation and maintenance (O&M) in Mechanical equipment like wagon tippler, Truck tippler, Belt conv
2. Responsible for preventive maintenance, break down maintenance scheduling, planning, procurement and verification of spares Lubricant requirement.
3. Formulating daily, weekly, monthly progressive reports, plan reports, plant reports weigh bride report, Manpower reports as per client requirements
4. Job planning and manpower handling, Activities involves, selection of job as per criticalities, Inspection and checking of Critical equipments.
5. Condition based Maintenance (CBM) Monitoring as per planning, schedule, preventive and Equipment Requirements to avoid major Breakdown. Motor, Pump, gearbox, pully etc Alignment Work .
6. Reports and Ensure that a detail RCAs in case of accident and equipments breakdown and prepare CAPAs. Provide inputs and encourage team to work on improvements of projects like 5S,KAIZEN,HIRA etc.
7. hydraulic system trouble shooting of bulk material handling system Equipments.
8. Established professional creditabiliy in the Ara of site supervision, Technical specifications, Resource Mobilization /Deployment and Monitoring to Ensure execution within defined time /cost parameters.
9. Formulating the Spares planning and management and lubricantion requirements . Maintain and review records of all maintenance work carried out in log BOOK and SAP
10. Formulating MIS (Management Integrated System)for operation and maintenance for smooth operating the system. SAP(System Application products) for for generate Permit to work and Spares Requirement for all equipment of bulk material handling system.
