Summary of Career
1. Maintaining & Updating of Employee Muster, Joinee & Resignee List on a monthly basis. Preparation of Employee personal files as per the checklist & updating the same with the required documents as and when required.
2. Preparing the list of Employees due for Probation/Confirmation for a particular month and ensuring personal files are updated with relevant letter. Preparing / Issuing Letters – Offer / Appointment / Confirmation / Experience / Relieving etc.
3. Receiving academic and other documents of New Joiners as per the checklist and verifying the same with originals and ensuring Employee Personal Files are prepared.
4. Handling PF / ESIC of employees for PAN India locations (Processing of monthly challans, handling employee related issues with regards to PF Withdrawals, Tranfers, Name Changes etc)
5. Maintaing & Updating the statutory registers under the various statutory acts applicable to the organisation on a monthly basis.
6. Filing of various quarterly, half yearly and annual returns to the respective govt organisations under the various statutory acts applicable.
7. Liasoning with Govt authorities for various approvals.
8. Ensuring Contractor Compliance for the contractors employed by the company and preparation of audit report for the same. Processing of Contractor Bills after verification of the required documents as per the checklist.
9. Maintaining various company records in soft copy as per the provisions of the act (Muster Roll, Register of Wages, Wage Slips etc) and taking exemption for the same as and when required.
10. Salary calculations, Bonus Calculations. Explaining the Labour Laws to the New Joiners as part of the Induction Schedule etc
