Duties & Responsibility:
IT Support Technician
? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (software & hardware), including account setup and network configuration. ? Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, providing technical support across the company.
? Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
? Managing daily network backup operations.
? Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
