Summary of Career

1. Responsible for all types maintenance of static and rotating equipment like turbines (solar turbines), pumps (reciprocating & centrifugal), air and gas compressors (Ariel made), heat exchangers, valves, gearbox, coolers, vessels, gas and diesel engines (CAT 3600, 3508 series engine) and firefighting system in the Super Complex (LQP, WIP, CCP, WHP, GSP, & GIP).

2. Responsible to perform troubleshooting and monthly preventive maintenance of different wellhead platforms (single & multi wellheads).

3. Involved in to preparing maintenance report, update equipment maintenance history and PM scheduled, update SAP & oracle (MP2) equipment data.

4. Experienced in preparing equipment SMP, SOP, PM scheduled SDM plans etc.

5. Collects and analyze vibration data of various equipment’s in super complex using SKF micro log analyzer machine.

---

6. Actively involved to ensure personal safety as well as plant assets.

---

7. Responsible to Identifies and reports spare parts of equipment and to record its use on repair or replacement jobs.

---

8. Attends group safety meeting, conducts safety talk to the crew, and conducts safety observation tours, reports incidents and near-misses.

---

9. Responsible to prepare daily maintenance report and submit to supervisor

---

10. Responsible for installation of different types of equipment like pump, compressor, pump skids, steam turbines, vessel etc.
