Successfully installed and commissioned of 400kV GIS substation on schedule for providing power to the Power plant pre commissioning activities.
Successfully Installed and commissioned of Unit-1, Electrical -BOP package, (3x 250MVA Step up Transformer, IPBD, GCB, 11kV & 6.6kV Unit HT & LT Switch Gear panels on schedule for providing power to the Power plant pre commissioning activities.
All the works carried out on schedule including design and Procurement from HEC Harbin China, ABB Switzerland and Completed with 5 million safe man hour without LTI.
Major Roles and responsibilities were:
Design engineering Coordination, sizing, cost estimation & equipment selection as per project scope.
Review the technical specification and analyze requirements of Major Equipment like 400kV GIS Substation, 20KV IPBD and 11 & 6.6 KV SPBD Oil Type Power transformers-ABB India (250MVA GT, 50 MVA, 45 MVA) Power transformer, Shunt Reactor, Capacitor Banks, Control & Protection & HV/MV cables and Communication Equipment.
Tender support for substation projects, compliance, scope of work review & confirmation according to standard specification • Planning Coordination as per project duration.
Procurement of all equipment & follow-up with manufacturer till the equipment delivery to site.
Review and discuss with various department for major equipment base design, detail design and criticalities in project.
As per project time schedule, Timely delivery the equipment to site, Issue manufacture release for all equipment and shipment clearance to supplier coordination to follow-up site installation.
Worked ON SITE for FAT inspection in china Harbin for 12 weeks for all the generator & Auxiliaries.
Supervise and Monitor all electrical activities- Installation of Cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel, all electrical equipment and grounding system, etc.

Follow up and implementation of safety activities such as tool box meeting, safety demo etc., with safety team.

Reviewing all technical drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings and ensure the ongoing activities are as per the IFC drawings.
