  Pre Tendering:
  Coordination with drafting staff for timely completion of tender drawings.
  Preparation & revision of Project Specifications regarding Civil and Architectural works.
  Preparation of List of Materials (LOMs) for Civil & Architectural Works.
  Quantity take off for the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for tender.
  Preparation of reply to clarifications/addendums for any queries raised by the contractor.

  Post Tendering:
  Make sure that any activity offered for any inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS),
  Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
  Carry out all site inspections with an official Work Inspection Request (WIR) submitted by the contractor.
  Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific WIR meets
  the project requirements.
  Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good
  construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings and report to Senior
  Structural Engineer and Resident Engineer.
  Make sure that the contractor’s personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings and method
  statements.
  Closely monitor concrete pours and ensure all concrete test are carried out as per contract requirements.
  Assisting Resident Engineer in reviewing Shop Drawing, Material Submission, Prequalification, HSE plan and
  Technical Submission from Contractor’s and Sub-contractors.
  Attending kickoff meetings with client and contractors for work progress and taking decisions.
  Assisting Resident Engineer in releasing interim payments certificates received from contractors to client
  according to contractual clause for payments.
  Supervise construction works of Tower Building services (working pile, shoring pile, raft horizontal element,
  vertical element and finishing) installation and follow PPE (Personal Protect Equip) strictly.
  Conduct inspection for structure and finishing according to specification and approved drawings.
  Prepare snag, de snag according to checklists.
  Perform inspection on materials delivered at site to ensure materials are maintained as per relevant standards as
  well as relevant authority regulations and requirements.
  Prepare special reports (site instruction, NCR, etc.) on Civil related problems encountered at site which are in
  need of immediate attention.

  Ensure availability of related permits and documents at site.
  Ensure material and equipment’s requisitioned on time in required quantity.
  Monitor and assure timely completion of project and highlight any risk to manager.
  Prepare all necessary requirements and conduct inspection with local authorities for final completion of the
  project.
  Follow the defect liability period with maintenance team to provide satisfaction to end users.
  Hand over all necessary documents and finalize any variations or cost savings.

  Investigating sites condition to determine any kind of obstacles for the proposed construction during work
  progress.
  Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues (Daily submittals, Inspection requests, Safety).
